minimum requirements

• Minimum grade average of 3.0 (out of a 4.0 scale) for all upper-division undergraduate wor.k
• A minimum score of 1000 on the GRE (verbal and math combined) is recommended. However, applicants with scores below a 1000 will be considered if their GPA sufficiently demonstrates a potential for success in graduate school.
• Statement of purpose and three letters of recommendation.
• Certified occupational therapist or an occupational therapist who is a graduate of a World Federation of Occupational Therapy School.
• Documentation of OT certification (required for International students is applicable).
• International Students must hold a baccalaureate degree equivalent to a baccalaureate in the USA.
• International students must have a minimum of 550 on paper-based and 213 on the computer-based TOEFL.
